I got this from Samstain's  (whose website has been gone for quite a while unfortunately)

I still have to calibrate this thing.  I plan on cutting the board as small as possible and putting it in a small polycarbonate box to leave permanently in my car.  However, I don't plan on putting the load resistors on.  I'll use the servos and the receiver in operation as a load.  I used discrete LEDs but I recommend you use Radio Shack's bar graph display if you don't care about the different colors.  I believe it was $2 or so.  I couldn't find the chip locally so I had to order it.  It is a really old IC...early 80's I think.  Good luck!!!!
